Handles all registrations for the Performance Horse Registry. Assists with member inqueries and other PHR related questions. Proccesses all certificates and DNA typing kits. Correspond with breed registries. Responsible for the entry of breed pedigree information Responds to E-mail inquiries in regard to the registry.

Provides member services for PHR related issues. Assists with the entry of data received for Performance Horse Registry. Handles requests for PHR applications and related information. Assists in the processing of horses to be recorded with the PHR. Responds to E-mail inquiries in regard to the registry.
